O-C-A-R-I-N-A!

I came home from a busy day at work today (drive-thru again, gah! x.x), generally miserable, when I found that my ocarina had come in the mail! I seriously spend a good 2 hours at least playing it. It was so much fun! First thing I managed to play all the way was the "Song of Time", and I played "Zelda's Lullaby", and eventually worked my way to "Saria's Song" and the "Sun's Song". The last two are harder, as you can only play them using the extra notes the ocarina I got can play, but getting the highest notes is tricky. I also did other random songs, my favorite being "Puff the Magic Dragon" :P Now I just have to work on playing faster.

After that, I got sidetracked. Jared bought a 500 piece puzzle, and had it partially done, lying out on the coffee table. I messed around with it, and eventually he came and helped too. We almost have it done now, and will try and finish it tomorrow.

Of course, I WAS planning on playing Legend of Dragoon today, but last night my second disk decided to crash and burn, and refuses to play despite my best efforts to get it to work. This sucks, because now I have to TRY and find a new copy somewhere...joy... It's on my "Things to get later". Right now I'm going to try and get those Zelda games anyways. Still, now I don't have any other game to play except SMT: Nocturne, and I just don't wanna touch that one. Maybe I'll mess around with Jak 3 again, and there's always DDR and my other random music games.

Right now though, I need to be going to bed. I have work tomorrow. It's also April Fool's Day to boot which means the boys will be out to get anyone unwary enough to fall for thier stupid pranks. *sighs* Oh! I should put up the Naruto icon then...the ninja prankster himself :P Anyways, night!

Doot-de-dooo...

So, today was a lot like yesterday, 'cept I had to cook dinner tonight (mmmm...pancakes) :P I went outside to practice playing ocarina, but came back in when the bugs started biting >.o After that, I tried getting the puzzle done, but it's still got a bit to go. Right now I'm bored, and thinking of something to do.

Oh, while I was arranging stuff in my room this morning, I found a bag with a lot of gold fabric and remembered that I was planning on cosplaying Filia at Tekkoshocon. That plan had since gone up in smoke, but I think I'll still make a dragon's tail out of the cloth at some point. Dressing up as a gold dragon would rock, and there's nothing else I can really do with that cloth anyways. Oh, and I also found the two finished scarves I had made, but never was able to finish. Oh well, they weren't very good anyways. I wonder if I'll find any other interesting stuff I've forgotten about?

That's all for now. I'm debating whether or not to stay online, or play playstation. I dunno, but I'm done here! *poof*
