*sighs* ^^;

Gotta love my mom, she doesn't know anything about any of the video games we play, even if she's watched us play it ^^; Unfortunately, this is also why I can never talk video games with her. Still, it makes for some interesting converstions.

*I'm on my desktop, and she notices my wallpaper...*

Mom: It's a mermaid...
Me: It's Sora. HE'S the main character from Kingdom Hearts.
Mom: He? So it's a mer-man then.
Me: Yeah. That's how he looks in the Little Mermaid level
*I show her a pic of what he looks like normally. Then I pull up a pic from the Lion King level*
Me: Check this out, ain't it cute? This is him from the Lion King level.
Mom: That's Lion King?
Me: Yeah. That's Sora again.
Mom: Huh? I thought you said it was from the Lion King.
Me: It is, it's from the level on the game. He looks like this in that level, and looks like this *shows wallpaper again* in Atlantica, the Little Mermaid level.
*she's starting to catch on he's sometimes got different forms for different levels*
Mom: What about Beauty and the Beast?
Me: He wears his normal outfit for that. He does in most levels.
Mom: Oh... *sounds a bit disappointed*

...and she left the room after that. Funny she'd ask about Beauty and the Beast, though I don't know if she was just asking or if she actually knew it was in the game ^^; Still, I love confusing the crap out of her sometimes.

Anyways, it makes my morning a bit more amusing. I have nothing better to do right now. It's just me, mom, and dad here, since the boys stayed at the old house last night. I'm freezing my butt off because the gas company hasn't come to turn the heat on here yet. Sucks, cause it's hard to type when your fingers are going numb. Luckly, they should be here around noon.

BTW! Nick, if you're reading this, I'm gonna be on my computer all morning, so e-mail me or something. You were saying how you'd like to get on same time as me. Well, here's your chance ^_^
