Puppies on the way...

I don't think I mentioned this yet, our Labrador is pregnant. We weren't positive til just recently, but she's definitely going to be having pups...and soon too. My mom estimates any time after this weekend. Hoping she doesn't have them sooner, cause I'd like to be there when she has them...not to mention I'm the back-up doggy midwife and puppy-sitter. I helped her take care of her first litter two years ago, and I've had lots of experience with puppies ever since I was little, so I'm used to it. Still, for as many times as I've seen it, watching a birth is still kinda nasty. The puppies are cute though, which makes it worth it.

On a different subject, One of my neighbors asked me to mow her lawn for her. She's older and the grass was really overgrown, so she couldn't do it. It didn't take long, maybe two hours, and I got paid $20 for it. The question is...do I use the money for Nashi-con spending money, or save it. If I save it, there's a good chance I could use it to eventually buy Pokemon SoulSilver. I guess I'll take it to the con, but only buy something if it's really worth it. I really would like to get the game soon, since everyone says it's a really good remake.

I made a new icon for posts right before bedtime! Now that I think about it, you'll probably see it pretty often >.>; I'd still like to get an icon with Deneb too, eventually. Anyways, tomorrow's gonna be busy, so I'd better get some sleep.
