This is it, day before con. I'm trying to get everything I can get organized and ready to go for tonight.
Am currently working on a small last-minute project since I can't leave til someone gets back with a car. I'm trying to figure out how to decorate the bokken![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
yugikitsune was nice enough to lend me. It's all black, so I pulled out some pretty string I have that would look good wrapped around the handle or something. Anything I do to it will be removable, of course :P I'm also making an arm badge for kicks. Won't take long, I just need to cut out the cardboard and color it with a sharpie. Also need to grab lunch soon o.o;
As far as I know, the rest of my day plan is currently...
- Soon as my mom gets home, take her car and go to the nearest Dollar Tree and grab glowsticks (for Saturday's dance) if I can find them, if all else fails I'll try Hobby Lobby. I also have to pick up bread somewhere apparently >.>; My mom can sleep for a while, she'll need it cause I'm going to try and recruit her for some help later.
- Once I get back, going to try and leave around 6pm to head to Zip-tachi's apartment and make food. May drag my mom along to drive because she might not let me take her car otherwise, and mine doesn't do well going more than 50 MPH on highways. Plus I needartikgato to take a look at a seam on my costume, it's acting up >.>;
- Then it's off to the Russel House at 9pm-ish, I think. I'll probably pack up the Cruiser with everything before we leave for the apartment, so we can head straight there. I have three shelves and two TVs to bring.
- Come home, pack up the stuff for tomorrow, and get some sleep. I have to get up early...really early ^^;
